It is the responsibility of the consumer to read and understand these terms and conditions. Payment of a deposit shall be deemed to be consent to the conditions.

Bookings & Payment

At the time of booking a deposit of $300.00 per person is required. Full payment must be received by is at least 56 days before departure. If you book within 56 days, full payment is due immediately. If the balance is not received when due, the booking may be cancelled, and cancellation charges applied.

Credit Cards

We accept Debit, Visa and MasterCard.

Cancellation or Change by You

The following cancellation charges shall apply:

1) cancellations received up to 56 days prior to departure $300.00 per person.

2) cancellations received within 56 days prior to departure 100% of cost

Special fares may be non refundable at the time of booking.

Acceptance of charges remain at the sole discretion of Legacy Travel Services Ltd. and are subject to charges.


No refunds will be made for any portion of the services not used.

Cancellation or Changes by Us

Cancellation or changes by us of all or part if your vacation is unlikely but reasons beyond our control, at times it may be necessary. We reserve the right to cancel or change all or part of your vacation but will endeavour to advise you as early as possible. In the event of cancellation or changes, where the changes are not acceptable to you, you are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund. You must notify us of your decision within 48 hours of our notice to you.


Prices are in Canadian dollars subject to change without notice. In the event of any change beyond our control, including but not limited to increases in the price of fuel, currency fluctuation, or increases in government taxes, Legacy Travel Services Ltd., reserves the right to surcharge passengers. If there is an increase of 7% or more, the customer may cancel for a full refund unless the increase is a result of government tax or fuel surcharge.

Not Included

Canadian departure tax and other local airport taxes, tips and all other expenses of a personal nature. Expect to pay extra for beverages where meals are included on tours and at hotels. Gratuities to the tour guide and driver are not included. Comprehensive insurance (including health, baggage, and cancellation) is recommended. Purchase at time of booking.

Consumer Claims

If you should have cause for complaint during your holiday, please contact the hotel management by telephone or in person, so that they attempt to resolve the situation locally. In the event that a problem can not be resolved immediately, consumers are requested to provide us, within 15 days of return, written provision of details.


The passenger waives any claim against Legacy Travel Services Ltd., for any damage or loss of property, injury, or death of person due to act or negligence of any bus company, airline, hotel, auto Rental Company or any other person rendering services. It is the responsibility of the passenger to have in their possession the correct documentation to travel to their destination and return to Canada.
